    Monitored, maintained and changed as your business does. Your team is trained to run it.

AI agents start at $4,000 + GST. Automations and integrations start at $5,000 + GST. Your own business system starts at $15,000 + GST. Every build is quoted at a fixed price before we start, and we’ll tell you upfront if the numbers don’t stack up. If you are not sure what to automate, the Business Process Audit (a full day onsite) starts at $7,500 + GST.

Keep it if it fits. If your team works around the software every day, re-keys data between tools, or pays per-user fees for features nobody uses, a system of your own usually costs less over three years. We’ll tell you which camp you are in on the first call.

When your tools already do the job and the pain is the copying between them. A workflow that moves the data is quicker and cheaper than new software. When the tools themselves stop fitting, a system of your own is the better spend.

A focused automation is usually live within a few weeks. A custom system has its first working release in weeks, then grows in phases so you see value early.
