Who this is for
Most businesses should try the generic tool first. ChatGPT, a vendor's built-in AI feature, an off-the-shelf assistant. They are cheap and they are often enough. We build custom when one of these is true.
The answer lives in your contracts, your job history, your internal standards. A general model has never seen any of it, and pasting it into a chat window one document at a time is not a system.
A summary that reads well but misstates a clause is worse than no summary. When accuracy is checkable and matters, the build needs grounding, citations and a human checkpoint. Generic tools give you none of those.

What we build
A system that reads your document set and answers questions about it with citations back to the source. The technique is retrieval-augmented generation, and the citation is the point: a reader can check the answer rather than trust it.
Reading an incoming document and deciding what it is, then pulling the fields out of it. Invoices, referrals, applications, claims. This is the most reliable category of AI work and usually the fastest to pay for itself.
Generating a first draft that follows your templates and your constraints, for a person to review and send. Reports, responses, summaries. The human stays in the loop because the human is accountable for what goes out.

Honest advice
If a subscription solves it for $30 a month, buy the subscription. We would rather tell you that in the first call than take the project and watch you work out later that you overpaid.
If nobody can check the output and being wrong has consequences, AI is the wrong tool. We look for a checkable definition of correct before we quote. Where there is not one, we say so.
AI trained on your data needs your data to exist, be findable, and be reasonably consistent. If it is spread across three drives and a filing cabinet, that is the first project, and it is not an AI project.
