How it works
We work hand-in-hand with you as robotic process automation consultants
Our approach to robotic process automation consulting ensures a swift transition to more efficient and profitable operations. Here’s how we will work with you to build automated robots using over 800+ tools.
Step 1
Discovery & Assessment
We begin with a detailed review of your current workflows, the repetitive manual tasks slowing your team down, and the systems involved, so we can pinpoint where RPA will deliver the fastest return.
Step 2
Strategy Development
Based on that review, we map out which processes to automate first, the right RPA tools for each, a clear implementation roadmap, and the success metrics we will measure against.
Step 3
Implementation Support
We build, test and deploy your automations, integrating them with the systems you already use and handling the exceptions and edge cases that always come up along the way.
Step 4
Optimisation & Growth
We monitor your automations in production, fix anything that breaks, and refine and extend them as your processes change and new automation opportunities appear.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about robotic process automation and how we approach it.
What is robotic process automation (RPA)?
RPA uses software robots to carry out repetitive, rules-based tasks that people would otherwise do by hand, such as moving data between systems, processing forms, or reconciling records. The robot follows the same steps every time, around the clock, without tiring or making typos.
What processes are a good fit for RPA?
High-volume, rules-based work with stable inputs: data entry, invoice and order processing, report generation, system-to-system updates, and reconciliations. If a task changes constantly or needs real judgement, it is usually a poor fit, and we will tell you so.
How is RPA different from AI automation?
RPA follows fixed rules and struggles with messy or unstructured inputs. AI extraction, for example reading a PDF invoice, handles variation and ambiguity. In practice we often combine the two: AI to interpret the input, RPA or a workflow to act on it. For many tasks we now reach for AI extraction first.
How much does an RPA project cost in Australia?
It depends on scope, but a focused first automation typically runs from $15,000 to $60,000 AUD to build, plus ongoing running and maintenance. We scope projects so they pay for themselves, usually within 3 to 9 months, and we are upfront if the numbers do not stack up.
How long does it take to deploy?
A single, well-defined automation can be live in a few weeks. Larger programs run as a phased roadmap so you see value early rather than waiting months for a big-bang release.
Will RPA replace my existing systems?
No. RPA works on top of the systems you already use, automating the manual steps between them. You keep your current tools and we automate the busywork around them.
What happens when a process changes and the robot breaks?
It will happen, so we build for it. We add monitoring and alerting, handle exceptions explicitly, and include ongoing maintenance so a changed screen or field gets fixed quickly rather than failing silently.
Is my data secure with RPA?
Yes. We sign NDAs, can deploy on Australian-hosted or on-premise infrastructure for data residency, and never use your data to train external models.
