The problem

One status field cannot describe a real job

Off-the-shelf job trackers give every job a single status. Real jobs do not work like that. Bookings, prep, the site visit, the report, the invoice, each owned by different people, each with its own idea of done.

We build job systems where each team runs its own lane with its own statuses and checklist, and the job's overall position falls out of the real work. A booking confirmed, a report sent or an invoice raised ticks the step by itself. Nobody updates a spreadsheet about the work instead of doing the work.

One client runs six teams across this exact structure, from first phone call to money in the bank, with every job carrying a human-readable job number the whole company uses.

This is a module of our custom ERP platform, not a standalone product. Start with just this module and it already sits on the full platform, accounts, security, admin and API included, so the rest of the system can arrive stage by stage, whenever you are ready.

What you get

Built from a system running thousands of real jobs

Your stages, automated

Jobs advance when real events happen: a booking made, data synced from site, a report delivered. A human can always override, and the system respects it.

A lane per team

Bookings, prep, field, review, accounts. Each team sees its own queue, its own statuses and its own checklist, on the same job record.

Push-button actions

Confirmation emails, booking reminders, document requests. Each one is a button that shows a preview before anything sends, and every send is on the record.

Dashboards that answer the real question

What needs me today? Who is overloaded? Which jobs have stalled? Personal, team and company views, driven by the same live data.

Kanban when you want it

A drag-and-drop board for the people who think in columns, list views for the people who think in queues. Same jobs, both ways.

Flags that cut through

Urgent, on hold, awaiting payment. Orthogonal flags that survive stage changes, so nothing important hides inside a status.

Proof

What this looks like in the wild

$250k in Annual Cost Savings Identified for Property Inspection Company

A property inspection company faced manual data entry, duplicated efforts and a $2.5 million receivables backlog across its 35-person team. Osher Digital conducted a business process audit and developed a six-month automation roadmap. This initiative aimed to centralise data in a cloud CRM, automate repetitive tasks and recover lost efficiency, projecting savings of over 8,000 admin hours and $250,000 in annual costs.

AI native

Run it from Claude or ChatGPT

Every module ships on a platform with a built-in MCP server, which means AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can securely read and operate your system with the same permissions as a staff member. Ask where a job is up to, get a client summary before a call, or have tomorrow's follow-ups drafted, from the chat window you already use.

FAQs

Job management questions, answered

Those are good products for standard trade workflows, and if one fits your business, use it. A custom build wins when your jobs pass through several teams with different responsibilities, when your process is your advantage, or when the per-user bill has become a payroll line. You also own the result.
