Recruitment and HR automation, from inbox to placement

Job requests arrive in any format across a dozen inboxes, CVs need reformatting before every submission, and someone types it all into the ATS. We automate that work for recruitment agencies, talent marketplaces and in-house HR teams. Recruiters keep the judgement calls.

How recruitment and HR automation worksJob requests, CVs, LinkedIn profiles and applications are read and structured. A recruiter checks the result and makes every decision, and the record lands in your applicant tracking system.osher.com.auJob requestsemail, PDF, WordCVsWord and PDFLinkedIn profilespublic profile linkApplicationsfrom job boardsHiring automationreads, structures, draftsJob 4471, Locum GP, BrisbaneJob created in your ATSLinked to the source emailChecked by a recruitera person makes every decisionIn your ATSwhere recruiters already work

What we automate

The admin between the inbox and the placement

Job intake from any inbox

Job requests from every inbox, in any format, become structured job records in your ATS, each with a link back to the email it came from.

Branded, de-identified CVs

Word and PDF CVs come back in your template, with the contact details removed, in under a minute.

Candidate profiles and tags

CVs and LinkedIn profiles become draft candidate profiles, tagged by skill and industry, ready for a recruiter to review.

Shortlists a recruiter can check

Applications are summarised against the role's criteria, with the evidence quoted from the CV. The recruiter makes the call.

Onboarding and compliance

Contracts, licences and checks are collected, and anything missing or about to expire is flagged before the start date.

Ask your ATS in plain English

We build MCP servers that let AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT answer questions like who was placed last month, straight from your ATS.

Recruitment and HR systems

Works with the systems your team already uses

Whichever ATS or HR system you run, we keep it in step with the inboxes and documents your team works from.

Systems we work with

  • JobAdder
  • Vincere
  • Employment Hero
  • Bullhorn
  • Deputy
  • LinkedIn
  • SEEK
  • Microsoft 365

We pick the most reliable way in, and recruiters keep working from their inbox:

  1. API. Records go straight in, with lookups that map plain values to the IDs the ATS expects.

  2. One intake mailbox. Inboxes forward to one mailbox, and every record links back to the original email, so replies still come from the right address.

  3. Any document format. Plain text, PDF, Word, scans and spreadsheets are all read the same way.

  4. Software robot. For steps with no other way in, a bot with its own login works through the screens like a person. We quote its upkeep up front.

Examples from our recruitment work

AI-Powered Job Intake Automation for Recruitment Agency

DNA Recruitment eliminated thousands of hours of manual job data entry by automating the full intake pipeline for job requests received by email. Using n8n and AI, job details are now extracted from any format, structured consistently, and pushed directly into Bullhorn CRM, with a clickable link back to every source email.

AI Application Processing for an Online Talent Marketplace

A major online talent marketplace in Brisbane reduced the time required to evaluate and draft candidate profiles from over 30 minutes to under 30 seconds by implementing an AI agent that automatically parses resumes and LinkedIn profiles, generates complete online profiles, extracts skills and industry tags, and notifies the internal team for final review.

Our founder, Matthew Clarkson, has years of experience in the industry, including co-founding Cemoh, a marketplace that matches businesses with vetted marketing experts.

FAQs

Recruitment and HR automation questions, answered

Yes. We use its API, with lookups that map plain values such as specialty or location to the IDs the system expects. Where there is no API, a software robot can do the job. We have built this for a national medical recruitment agency.

No. AI reads, summarises and drafts. A recruiter or hiring manager makes every decision, and each summary quotes the CV it came from.

Yes. Contact details are removed and the CV is rebuilt in your template in under a minute. A recruiter can check it before it goes to the client.

In Australia. We host workflows on Australian servers and use AI services that run in an Australian region, or self-hosted models, so candidate data is not sent overseas without you knowing.

Usually not. Job requests still arrive in the same inboxes, replies still come from the right address, and records appear in the ATS your team already uses.
