Sales automation consultants

Your sales team should be selling, not doing data entry. We automate the admin around your pipeline: lead capture, CRM updates, follow-ups and reporting, so your reps spend their time with buyers.

Why choose us

Why choose us for sales automation?

Increased efficiency

Lead capture, data entry and follow-ups run on their own, so reps spend their hours talking to buyers instead of updating fields.

Increased accuracy

Your CRM stops lying. Automated updates mean the pipeline reflects reality, and forecasts are built on data nobody typed in at 6pm on a Friday.

Simplified lead management

Leads get scored, routed and followed up automatically. The hot ones reach a rep in minutes instead of sitting in an inbox overnight.

Reporting that runs itself

Pipeline, activity and conversion reports generate themselves, so Monday mornings start with numbers instead of spreadsheet assembly.

Who this is for

The admin that quietly eats a sales week

Sales automation is not about sending more email. It is about removing the work that sits between a rep and a conversation. These are the jobs it takes over.

Leads that sit overnight

A form comes in at 4pm and nobody sees it until the next morning. Speed to first contact is one of the few things in sales that is measurable and clearly matters. Routing and alerting fix it in an afternoon of work.

CRM hygiene done by hand

Logging the call, updating the stage, attaching the quote, correcting the company name. Reps skip it when they are busy, which is exactly when the pipeline most needs to be accurate.

The handover gap

A deal closes and someone retypes it into the system that delivers the work. Details get lost between the two, and the first week of a new client relationship starts with an apology.

Reporting assembled on a Sunday

Pipeline and activity numbers pulled together by hand for Monday. The report matters. Building it by hand every week does not.

What we build

Where the automation usually goes

Capture and routing

Forms, inbox, chat, phone and ad platforms all landing in the CRM with the source attached, then routed by territory, size or product to the right rep, with an alert fast enough to act on.

Enrichment and deduplication

Filling in the company details nobody wants to type, and catching the same lead arriving twice under two spellings before it becomes two competing deals.

Follow-up that stops when it should

Sequences that pause the moment a human replies or the deal moves stage. The stopping is the hard part and the part that protects your sender reputation.

Quote and document generation

Quotes and proposals built from CRM data rather than last quarter's file with the name changed. Fewer errors, and a faster turnaround while the buyer is still interested.

Closed-won handover

A won deal creating the client, the job and the invoice in the systems that deliver and bill, with nothing retyped and nothing dropped.

Reporting that builds itself

Pipeline, activity, conversion and forecast assembled automatically, from data that is current because the updates are automatic too.

How it works

How a sales automation engagement runs

Here's how we take your sales process from manual admin to automation that your reps actually use.

Step 1

Map your sales process

We sit with your reps and map the pipeline as it actually runs, including the admin nobody admits to skipping.

Step 2

Pick the automations

We rank the candidates by hours saved and deals protected: lead routing, CRM updates, follow-up sequences, quoting, reporting.

Step 3

Build & integrate

We wire the automations into your CRM and the tools around it, and test them against live deals before rollout.

Step 4

Tune & extend

We watch adoption and results, fix the friction, and extend the automations as your sales process changes.

Honest advice

Where sales automation goes wrong

Automating outreach nobody asked for

More sequences to more purchased lists is not sales automation, it is a spam problem with a schedule. It damages your domain reputation, and under the Spam Act it can be an offence. We do not build it.

Your process is not stable yet

If the pipeline stages change every quarter, automation locks in a shape you are about to abandon. Settle the process, then automate it.

The CRM data is already wrong

Automation built on bad data spreads the bad data faster and further. Cleaning up comes first, and it is usually less work than people fear.

Improvements

Results you can expect

Every number below comes from a real engagement. Each card links to the case study behind it.

How we measure: hours saved multiplied by loaded labour cost, agreed with the client after go-live.

We were running quoting, scheduling and invoicing across multiple separate systems and various spreadsheets, and it had started to cost us time and money in double-handling. Osher Digital built us an AI-first custom ERP portal that now runs the whole job lifecycle in one place, Matthew was easy to deal with and stayed involved throughout the project. Recommend them.

I contacted Osher Digital as a web developer with minimal experience in AI to explore the use of the Llama LLM in supporting user safety online. Matthew was polite, showed understanding of the situation and provided courtesy advice to improve the model which was much appreciated. Will deal with Osher Digital again.

FAQs

Sales automation questions

Almost certainly. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Keap all have solid APIs and we have built against all of them. Less common CRMs are usually fine too. The question we ask early is not whether it connects, but whether it exposes the specific fields and events you need, because that varies more than vendors admit.
