Your rate card, turned into software
Quoting software built from your actual pricing rules: flat rates, tiers, per-unit pricing, hourly work and the jobs that genuinely need a human quote. Every price is consistent, every quote shows its arithmetic, and the person who used to be the pricing bottleneck gets their day back.
The problem
Pricing lives in one person's head
Most businesses have a rate card and a person who knows the exceptions. While that person is on leave, quotes wait. When they are rushed, quotes wobble. Two clients with the same job can get two different prices.
We encode the rate card as working rules. A job describes itself, the count of units, the classification, the extras, and the price falls out, itemised. Anything past your thresholds flips to requires-a-quote instead of guessing, and admin can override a total with a reason that goes on the record.
One client runs their entire published rate card this way, five different pricing modes including tiered per-unit rates, and every quote their office sends now shows the same arithmetic to every customer.
This is a module of our custom ERP platform, not a standalone product. Start with just this module and it already sits on the full platform, accounts, security, admin and API included, so the rest of the system can arrive stage by stage, whenever you are ready.
What you get
Consistent prices without the bottleneck
Every pricing mode on your rate card
Flat fees, per-unit tiers, base-plus-count, hourly and quote-only, mixed per job type. If your rate card can say it, the system can price it.
Odd jobs get flagged, not guessed
Past a threshold you set, a job flips to requires-a-quote and routes to a human, so the weird ones get judgement instead of a wrong number.
Overrides with a paper trail
Admin can adjust any total, with a required reason that stays on the job. Discounts become decisions, not mysteries.
Quotes that show their working
Itemised line items, not one suspicious number. Clients see what they are paying for, and disputes get shorter.
Change prices yourself
Rates, tiers and thresholds are settings you edit, with an audit trail. A price rise takes minutes, not a developer.
Straight through to the invoice
An accepted quote carries its line items through to invoicing untouched, so what was quoted is exactly what gets billed.
AI native
Run it from Claude or ChatGPT
Every module ships on a platform with a built-in MCP server, which means AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can securely read and operate your system with the same permissions as a staff member. Ask where a job is up to, get a client summary before a call, or have tomorrow's follow-ups drafted, from the chat window you already use.
