We build signing into the system that already knows the job. The right agreement goes out with the right details pre-filled, the client signs on any device from a secure link, and the executed document lands on the job with a certificate recording who signed, when and from where.
One client uses this for payment agreements that gate work starting. If the agreement type does not match the job, the send is blocked before a wrong document can go out, and a list of outstanding signatures shows exactly which jobs are waiting on whom.
