HubSpot is a CRM and marketing platform that manages contacts, deals, companies, tickets, and marketing campaigns in one place. The n8n HubSpot node supports operations across HubSpot’s core objects. You can create, update, get, and delete contacts, deals, companies, and tickets. You can also manage engagement activities (emails, calls, meetings, notes), work with lists, and update deal stages in your pipeline. The node uses HubSpot’s v3 API with OAuth2 or API key authentication.
The most common problem we see is CRM data sitting in isolation. Leads come in from the website but nobody follows up quickly. Deal stages update in HubSpot but the team does not get notified.
