The client operates one of the largest online talent marketplaces, connecting businesses with freelance professionals. High application volumes created a bottleneck in candidate onboarding, as each submission required manual review and profile creation before freelancers could be listed and matched with projects.

Problem

Solution

Osher Digital designed and implemented a fully automated AI agent using n8n as the orchestration layer, OpenAI models for natural language processing and content generation, and custom API integrations for data extraction and platform integration.

  • Extraction and structuring of work experience, education, certifications, and other relevant sections.

  • Instant notification to the internal review team via Slack and email once the draft is ready for final approval and publication.
