Invoicing and payment terms

When you'll be invoiced

  • Deposit — invoiced on acceptance of the proposal; the project commences once it's paid
  • Milestones — invoiced as each milestone in the proposal is delivered
  • Retainers — invoiced upfront for the agreed block of hours
  • Recurring services (e.g. hosting) — invoiced in advance of the service period

Terms

Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date. Invoices are issued with GST itemised.

Questions about an invoice

If anything on an invoice looks off, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out directly — billing questions go to the same people who run your project, so there's no bouncing between departments.
