BIM Enhancer
BIM models are only useful if they are accurate and up to date. On complex builds, coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic models from different consultants creates a clash detection workload that chews through project time. This agent automates the tedious parts: running clash checks across federated models, flagging design conflicts between disciplines, and verifying code compliance against Australian standards. Your BIM coordinator can then focus on resolving the clashes rather than finding them.
About BIM Enhancer
The Problem
BIM models are only useful if they are accurate and up to date. On complex builds, coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic models from different consultants creates a clash detection workload that chews through project time. Running clash checks manually across thousands of elements, categorising the results, and routing them to the right consultant is slow and error-prone.
How It Works
The BIM Enhancer agent integrates with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, ArchiCAD, or Solibri to automate the repetitive parts of BIM coordination. It runs automated clash detection across federated models on a schedule you define — daily, after each model upload, or on demand. It categorises clashes by type and severity, filters out noise (minor clashes that resolve during construction), and presents your BIM coordinator with a prioritised list of genuine conflicts that need human decisions.
Catching Compliance Issues Early
The agent also runs automated code compliance checks against Australian building standards, verifying setbacks, fire separation distances, and accessibility requirements directly from the model data. This catches compliance issues during design rather than during DA assessment or on-site inspection, when they are far more expensive to fix. If your team is spending too much time on manual clash detection, talk to our consultants about automating the process.
