Connect Your Payment Provider to ProfitWell
Sign up for a free ProfitWell account and connect your Stripe, Chargebee, or other payment provider using OAuth or API keys. ProfitWell will import your historical transaction data and begin calculating your subscription metrics. Initial data processing may take a few hours depending on your volume.
Step 2
Review Your Baseline Metrics
Once data has loaded, review your MRR, churn rate, LTV, and ARPU in the ProfitWell dashboard. Check the accuracy against your own records. Look at the segmentation views to understand which plans, pricing tiers, or acquisition channels are driving growth or churn.
Step 3
Set Up Metric Alerts via the API
Use the ProfitWell API to pull key metrics into an n8n workflow on a schedule (daily or weekly). Set up conditional logic to trigger alerts, for example, a Slack message if monthly churn rate exceeds a threshold, or an email to the finance team with the weekly MRR summary.
