Ore bodies are not uniform. Grade varies across a deposit, and what comes out of the pit today might behave completely differently in the processing plant compared to last week’s feed. When your mill operators are reacting to grade changes after the fact, you lose recovery, burn extra reagents, and risk producing off-spec product. How It Works

The Ore Quality Estimator connects to your laboratory information management system (LIMS), on-line analysers, and geological models. It reconciles lab assay results with real-time sensor data from conveyors and processing circuits to build a continuously updated picture of feed quality. When grade or hardness changes are detected, it flags the processing team and suggests parameter adjustments — grind size, reagent dosing, flotation settings — before throughput or recovery drops.

The agent also generates quality control reports for compliance, tracks product specification adherence, and feeds reconciliation data back to the geology team so future block models are more accurate.
