It knows which operators hold which tickets, who is due for refresher training, and who has exceeded their allowable consecutive shifts. When someone calls in sick or a shutdown gets extended, the agent identifies qualified replacements from the available pool and flags the change for approval.

It also tracks training and certification expiry dates, so you are not caught out by a shotfirer’s ticket lapsing mid-swing or an EWP certification expiring while someone is on R&R.

Compliance Without the Paperwork

State mining regulators take fatigue management seriously. A fatigued operator on a 200-tonne haul truck is a risk to everyone on site. This agent builds fatigue compliance into the roster automatically — rest breaks, maximum shift lengths, minimum turnaround times — so your scheduling team does not have to check every rule manually. The audit trail is built in, so when the regulator asks for your fatigue management records, you have them.
