All client data is hosted within Australian data centre regions by default.
We are platform-agnostic on hosting. Depending on your requirements we deploy to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or dedicated bare-metal servers, and we keep the data where you need it to live.
On AWS and Microsoft Azure
Cloud solutions deploy to Australian regions: Australia East (Sydney) and Australia Southeast (Melbourne) on Azure, or ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) and ap-southeast-4 (Melbourne) on AWS. This keeps you fully compliant with Australian data sovereignty requirements.
Geography isn't just a configuration default; it's enforced:
- Geographic restrictions applied at the platform level (Azure Policy and resource locks, AWS service control policies)
- No data replication to offshore regions unless you explicitly approve it
- Data residency requirements documented and validated during project inception
On dedicated servers
Some workloads suit dedicated bare-metal servers rather than the big clouds, whether for cost, performance, or jurisdiction. For European clients, for example, we deploy to providers such as Hetzner (Germany and Finland) so data stays inside the EU. The same rules apply: the hosting location is agreed upfront, documented, and enforced.
On your own infrastructure
Where you have existing infrastructure or a preferred platform, we implement within your chosen environment, keeping all hosting within Australian borders as required.
The delivery team is Australian-based too, so both the data and the people working with it stay onshore. See Who does the work?
