How we scale
For engagements requiring additional capacity, we draw on a network of Australian-based specialist contractors. Every person with access to your systems or data — employee or contractor — goes through the same personnel security process: background checks, signed confidentiality agreements before the engagement commences, and immediate access revocation when their involvement ends.
Offshore policy
No offshore resources are used for client engagements unless you explicitly request and approve it. For most clients the answer is simply: everyone who touches your project is in Australia, and your data stays here too — see Where your data is hosted.
